解決：爐管龜裂不嚴峻且能保持良好潮位，安全生產事故不至拓展時，可多日間大幅度減低供電量使用，嚴峻爆管且潮位難以提升，不得不急救停爐。但引風不該停機，還應仍然出水，大幅度減低管外溫濕度因素。如：因皮膚干燥而管外電壓不穩，而爆管時，應急救停爐，明令禁止向電爐給水，更好地撤新鮮出爐內余火，大幅度減低爐膛溫濕度因素，極大減少電爐電壓不穩數量。
